These terms govern your use of Preceptor Spot's website and clinical preceptor placement, paperwork, and coordination services. Please read them before submitting a placement request.
By accessing the Preceptor Spot website, submitting a placement request, or engaging our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Preceptor Spot provides clinical preceptor placement support to nursing and NP students, organized around three service areas:
Preceptor Spot is an independent placement coordination service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any nursing school, university, or accrediting body.
Our services are intended for students currently enrolled in an accredited BSN, MSN, DNP, or related nursing program who require a clinical preceptor placement to satisfy program requirements. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual or request that falls outside our operating scope.

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information you provide may affect placement timelines and are outside our control.
Preceptor Spot facilitates the search, matching, documentation, and coordination process. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, decisions made by your school, its clinical placement office, or any preceptor or clinical site — including approval, acceptance, grading, or academic credit. Final approval of any placement always rests with your academic institution.
Fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on specialty, state, documentation load, and timeline, and are shared with you in writing before you commit to any service. Payment terms, deposit requirements, and any applicable refund conditions are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of Preceptor Spot (Shazil Bin Aamir LLC) unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preceptor Spot and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including delays in placement, changes made by a preceptor or clinical site, or decisions made by your academic institution. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You may discontinue use of our services at any time by notifying your coordinator in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for any account found to have provided false information, engaged in abusive conduct toward our team or partners, or violated these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Shazil Bin Aamir LLC's jurisdiction of formation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
